Vinylester Chemical Anchor
ELKAY GRANIT VINYLESTER, is a 2- component, vinyl ester based chemical anchoring system.
It is easy to use.
It is used in metal mounting, fixing, anchoring applications on materials; aluminum exterior assembly, fixing of anchor rods, nuts, support rods and profiles.
Suitable for thixotropic, vertical and horizontal anchoring applications.
It is resistant to heat and chemicals up to 80 °C degrees.
It shows high strength thanks to its reinforced formula.
It is used in the assembly of machinery and systems, heavy shelves,
shutters, door frames, toilet bowls, bathroom fixtures, railings,
plates, radiators and pipes, lamps and lighting systems, kitchen
and bathroom cabinets, SM base stations, satellite antenna and
TV systems.

Elkay GRANIT Chemical Anchor is a "ready to use" product and the correct application is as follows;
Drill a hole.
Clean the hole with a stiff wire or nylon brush and air.
Remove the screw cap from the cartridge.
Attach the mixer nozzle.
Place it in applicator gun and dispense the first part of the cartridge until an even color is achieved.
Place the tip of the mixer in the hole and fill the hole halfway.
Immediately insert the fixing screw with twisting motion.
Leave the fixing undisturbed until loading time has achieved.
